International week

During the spring, current and former MDI students from around the world meet in Madrid to attend shared sessions, visits, and events to promote professional relationships among them.

MDI Lima includes a week of classes in Madrid where students attend advanced workshops on innovation in real estate and on capital markets. Also included is a visit to Monterrey (Mexico) where academic sessions and field trips are organised. Travel expenses are borne by individual students.

MDI prize

Awarded annually, this prize acknowledges the contribution and work of those leaders who set benchmarks in the real estate and/or construction sectors.

The relationships between fellow MDI students and with academic staff are a key benefit from the investment made in joining the master’s. We organise parties at the beginning and the end of the course, before and after the Christmas break, and following our public events.

Business associations

Both MDI and UPM are members of the predominant international and Spanish real estate organisations, offering our students access to professional accreditations, data, research, events, and mentoring programmes to keep them a step ahead of the competition.
