Luis Eduardo Aliaga Blanco is the managing partner in the real estate area of the law firm, Li & Pazos Abogados. A law graduate from Peru’s PECP, Luis Eduardo also holds a master of project management (school of continuous learning) from Barcelona University and the Catalan School of Engineers. His career has been focused on property registration assignments, legal analysis of real estate assets, property regularisation, real estate contracting, urban planning law, construction permitting and property tax management for investment projects. He has worked as a speaker and lecturer on registry law at UNMSM in Peru and as a columnist, penning multiple articles about property registration. He currently lectures on liability law and other aspects of civil law at UPN.
