Borja Ortega De Pablo is the CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate in Spain. A law graduate from Madrid’s Complutense University (UCM), Borja holds an MA in Educational Leadership and Management from Warwick-Conventry University. He began his career at the Spanish law firm, Garrigues, going on to join JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), where, in two phases, he led land and investment transactions in Spain and abroad for companies like Unión Fenosa, Meliá, Goldman Sachs, Azora and Blackstone, working in the private properties department, heading up the capital markets department and holding the position of Chief Commercial Officer. He also ran the Family Office of the Hispania Group and the investment department at Colliers.

Eugene Towle Wachenheim has been running Softec, Mexico’s largest market research firm specialised in real estate, since 1987. A mechanical engineering graduate from Cornell University, where he also completed an MBA, Eugene also completed the Birthing of Giant programme at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has worked as director of marketing in Mexico at Apple and has started up several companies, including Fiera México, Sand Inmuebles and Su Casita. He has lectured at Anáhuac University and has been teaching the MDI since it was set up in Mexico.

The first step to enroling on the master’s programme or specialised courses, in any of the cities on offer, is to request an in-person or remote meeting with our team.

The next step depends on the country. For courses in Madrid, we publish a list of accepted candidates and contact them personally to detail the next stages of the registration process. For those programmes taught in the Americas, we assist you in starting the admission and registration process, all of which is managed by our partner institutions.

Finally, and for any city, the last step is for each student to self-register on the UPM’s electronic system. We will be there to guide you through the process.
