Borja Ortega De Pablo is the CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate in Spain. Eugene Towle Wachenheim has been running Softec, Mexico’s largest market research firm specialised in real estate, since 1987. A mechanical engineering graduate from Cornell University, where he also completed an MBA, Eugene also completed the Birthing of Giant programme at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has worked as director of marketing in Mexico at Apple and has started up several companies, including Fiera México, Sand Inmuebles and Su Casita. He has lectured at Anáhuac University and has been teaching the MDI since it was set up in Mexico.
