Viviana Otero Padín is senior manager in Deloitte’s real estate team, where she provides project monitoring and technical due diligence for commercial real estate assets, advising national and international investors and financiers. An architecture technology graduate from IE in Segovia and building engineering graduate from Madrid’s Camilo José Cela University, Viviana has also completed Madrid UPM’s Master of Construction Project Management. Before joining Deloitte, Viviana worked in project management in Arup and in the technical department of Placo (Saint Gobain group). She has experience in planning, cost management and construction project management. Viviana is an accredited LEED Green Associate and AIS Advisor.

Patricia Plana Mecati is director and leads the hospitality practice of the real estate team at Deloitte, where she specialises in the tourism industry and hotel sector. An architecture graduate from the Catalan Polytechnic University (UPC), Patricia has extensive experience in real estate transactions, strategic advisory and due diligence on both the sell side and the buy side. She has participated in multiple real estate portfolio analysis projects and drawn up strategic plans and visibility studies for real estate projects for both private and institutional clients.

The first step to enroling on the master’s programme or specialised courses, in any of the cities on offer, is to request an in-person or remote meeting with our team.

The next step depends on the country. For courses in Madrid, we publish a list of accepted candidates and contact them personally to detail the next stages of the registration process. For those programmes taught in the Americas, we assist you in starting the admission and registration process, all of which is managed by our partner institutions.

Finally, and for any city, the last step is for each student to self-register on the UPM’s electronic system. We will be there to guide you through the process.
