The issue of sustainability and ESG is becoming critical for investors, secured lenders, insurers and public bodies. This event is part of a series of meetings organized by ULI NEXT Spain around ULI's C-Change Project and is organized in conjunction with the RICS.
The paper ‘breaking the value deadlock’ sets out the bigger picture on how property valuations can help the industry to progress towards decarbonization. The panelists will discuss over the topics set out on the paper and will explore the approach of valuers and investors to estimate a ‘brown discount’ for poorer performing properties.
The event will be in English. Insights arrived at during the event will be shared with ULI Europe as part of the C-Change consultation process.
